Description
Ezlo shifted focus to new hubs, leaving VeraPlus with sporadic updates and an unstable API—users should migrate to actively supported platforms.
Highlights
- Multi-protocol smart home hub with Z-Wave Plus, Zigbee HA 1.2, Bluetooth LE, and Wi-Fi for legacy device bridging.
- Designed for Vera's MiOS cloud with mobile app automation, scene scripting (Lua), and remote access services.
- After the Ezlo acquisition, firmware updates stalled and the legacy Vera cloud/API grew unstable, causing frequent outages.
While the hardware is capable, community support has waned and Home Assistant no longer integrates reliably—migration to a modern hub is strongly advised.
The legacy Vera API has become unreliable since the Ezlo transition; the Home Assistant integration frequently fails to connect or sync entities.
